The Tender & Procurement Department specialises in international product sourcing, tender participation, technical procurement and the supply of industrial, electrical and information technology equipment.
The department works closely with manufacturers, authorised distributors and international suppliers to identify products that meet customer specifications and procurement requirements.

The Strategic Investment Department focuses on identifying, developing and facilitating large-scale investment opportunities, particularly in Ethiopia and the wider East African region.
Unlike MKL’s conventional trading activities, this department concentrates on capital-intensive projects requiring long-term investment, technical expertise, institutional cooperation and strategic partnerships.

The Trade & Logistics Department supports MKL’s international trading and procurement operations through shipment coordination, logistics planning and trade documentation.
The department works with international shipping lines, freight forwarders, inspection organisations, banks and other logistics partners to support the efficient movement of goods across international markets.
